The consulting packages offered by Mission Critical Consulting address specific needs around incorporating concepts from the LML® process into hiring, job descriptions, and/or performance evaluations; improving diversity in the hiring process, and building a culture of inclusion.
Consulting packages are custom-designed based on your organization's needs and may combine any of the focus areas described above. Consulting may also be combined with any of our workshops, training, and coaching programs to deliver a full suite of organizational change, communication and leadership services to support your organization’s goals.
Who Is This For?
Mission Critical provides consulting for corporations, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions who need support and assistance managing and navigating organizational change and improvement in the areas of communication, leadership, diversity and inclusion, and organizational restructuring. We can work with identified leaders or teams to support them in the change process or we can manage the implementation process for you.
What Is The Process?
After completing the Consulting Interest Form, our team will reach out to you to schedule a strategy meeting to discuss in greater detail what your needs are, your timeline, your budget, your goals and the results you seek through this process. Based on this meeting, our team will develop and submit a proposal that we will review with you and answer any questions that you have. Once the final details are agreed upon and all appropriate paperwork is signed, we will commence our consulting relationship.
